In exactly 1 week, I'll be arriving in Cozumel, Mexico to start a 5-day "Familiarization" tour of various All-Inclusive Resorts hosted by The Palace Company. I could not be more excited to learn about the Palace brand, and dive a little deeper into the world of All-Inclusive Resorts.
